HAZECO Invitation to E-Bids for Supply of Meters, CTs, Computer Items – Abbottabad (Closing 2026-08-03)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for procurement of the listed materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis to the Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad. Bidders must apply online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal and comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

How to apply & submission requirements

Submit e-bids via E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. All interested bidders must register on E-PADS. Original bid security must be delivered to Room No. 209, Office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the stated bid closing time; a scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded on E-PADS. Bids valid for 60 days from opening date; bid security must be valid 30 days beyond bid validity. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA rules.
