Eligibility: Registered furniture manufacturers only. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and hold valid NTN and Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registrations.
Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) portal (https://e.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies of bids will not be entertained. Original bid security (in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be delivered to the PIU office before bid closing time; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the EP system.
Procedures & conditions: Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with the procurement rules.
Important dates and meetings: Pre-bid meeting to be held on 2026-07-27 (Monday) at 11:00 AM at the address mentioned in the bidding documents. Bids to be submitted on or before 2026-08-04 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
