Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding) for rehabilitation and associated works at 132 kV grid stations for the year 2026-27. Bidding documents and submissions are through the e-procurement/EPADS portal.

Key eligibility and requirements:
- Registration with PPRA, use of EPADS and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration renewed for 2026-27 matching required category and codes.
- Minimum five (05) years’ experience in construction in the required PEC category; bidder must be an active taxpayer (FBR/KPRA/Sales Tax as applicable).
- Successful completion of at least two (02) civil contracts of similar nature within the last five (05) years; each contract value not less than 50% of the estimated cost for the relevant tender. Relevant work orders, agreements and completion certificates must be submitted with the e-bid.
- Audited financial records for the last three (03) years from a firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) are required.
Financial capacity requirements (as stated): AATO (PKR) at 70% of estimated cost and Financial Resources / Cash flow (PKR) at 30% of estimated cost.
Submission and bid security:
- Complete bidding documents, detailed instructions and terms are available on the EPADS/e-procurement portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Prospective bidders must submit e-bids online through the portal.
- The procuring agency requires submission of the original of any required CDR/Bid Security to the Office of the Project Director (GSC), HAZECO Abbottabad before bid closing time; failure to submit required original documents may render the e-bid non-responsive.
