HMC Tender Notice HMC-39/2026 — Supply Items, Auction and Boiler Installation/Commissioning (Taxila)

Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Sealed tenders (CEF Karachi/OFX Taxila basis) are invited from suppliers registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax departments for the supply of various items, an auction of batteries and for installation/commissioning works.

How to apply: Sealed tenders addressed to the CFO and clearly marked with the tender number must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila. Tender documents must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.

Deadlines and opening:

• For tender items Sr# 1–14: submission by 14:00 hrs on 2026-08-05; opening at 14:30 hrs on the same day in Admin Block (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).
• For Sr# 15 & 16 (boiler works): submission by 14:00 hrs on 2026-07-24; opening at 14:30 hrs on the same day in Admin Block (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).

Bid documents: Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply / Chain Management and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.

HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
