Tender: Enhancement & Beautification of Community Infrastructure at UCs Ghoriwala, Shamshi Khel & Jandi Khel — LG&RDD Bannu

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, H.Q. District Bannu invites sealed tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (EPADS) for uplift/beautification activities and community infrastructure improvement works for the current financial year. Eligible contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enrollment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may apply.

Submission method and documents: Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS electronic procurement system. Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal and the KPPRA website. Financial proposals/bids shall also be submitted/sent to the Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Bannu as specified in the bidding documents. Bid securities and call deposits must be provided as required and in favour of the Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD H.Q. Bannu.

• Last date and time for submission of electronic tender: 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM.
• Last date/time for online clarifications: 2026-07-31 at 05:00 PM.
• Opening date/time of Financial Bids will be communicated after approval of Technical Bids.
• Only technically responsive and qualified bidders will have their Financial Bids opened. Tender/bid securities must be in the form of call deposit as specified in the bidding documents.
• Tenders will be governed by KPPR A rules and notifications referenced in the bidding document. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
