Tender: Supply, Delivery & Installation of Office Furniture — PIU Capacity Building (Punjab)

Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals (CBN&HP), Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites online bids from eligible furniture manufacturers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture.

Key instructions:

• Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
• Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System and may obtain bidding documents and clarification through the portal. Hard copies submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• Original Bid Security (as prescribed) must be delivered in the form and manner specified in the bidding documents to PIU, CBN&HP before bid opening; failure to provide the original may lead to disqualification.
• Evaluation and opening of bids will be conducted through the e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• For registration, e-Procurement support and queries bidders may contact the PPRA Portal helpdesk or the PIU during office hours (Monday–Friday).
