Key Instructions and Conditions:
- Apply and submit bids only through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on EPADS.
- Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Tenders 2 & 3: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tenders 4, 5 & 6: Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure, in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
- Bid security: As specified in bidding documents, payable in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited Abbottabad. Original bid security must be delivered to Room No. 209, Office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing. A scanned copy must be uploaded with e-bid on EPADS; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.
- Bid validity: 60 days from date of opening. Bid security validity: 30 days beyond the bid validity date.
- HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1). Tender documents and notice are also available at HAZECO website www.hazeco.com.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk.
