Invitation for e-Bids — FMU IT Equipment & Services (IFB No. FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-27/001)

Issuer: Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan.

FMU invites sealed technical and financial proposals from technically and financially responsible service providers/vendors for the IT equipment & services procurement referenced by IFB No. FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-27/001.

Eligibility & key requirements:

• Bidders must be registered with the relevant procurement authorities for e-procurement/e-bidding.
• Valid Sales Tax registration is required and bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the relevant tax authority.

Submission & procedure:

• Procurement will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under applicable PPRA rules.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via the Pakistan e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with portal rules and instructions.
• Unregistered bidders should register on the e-procurement portal before submission and follow the portal guidance for uploading technical and financial proposals.
