NUMS Tender for Installation and Solarization of Parking Sheds at NIASR, Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids on a Single Stage–Two Envelopes basis for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS–NIASR, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi. Bids are accepted through PPRA E-PADS or hard copy.

Key requirements: minimum five (5) years' relevant experience, registration with relevant authorities, and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for GST and Income Tax. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NUMS must be submitted physically to NUMS and a scanned copy uploaded to PPRA E-PADS. Bidding documents are available from the Procurement Directorate upon submission of a non-refundable demand draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS. Closing date: 2026-07-23 by 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Hay Road), Rawalpindi.
