Purpose: Final notice directing absent Junior Prison Officers (JPOs) / guarding staff to immediately resume duty. Staff members who have remained absent without submitting an application or obtaining prior permission from the competent authority are required to rejoin within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to resume duty will result in disciplinary action under the Sindh Prisons & Corrections Act, 2019 and may include removal from service. Show Cause and Final Show Cause notices have already been dispatched to the individuals’ residential addresses by post; despite this, the named staff failed to report or provide satisfactory explanations for their unauthorized absence.
