The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above and must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
Bids will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS v2.0. Submit e-bids via EPADS by 2026-07-27, 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid security (Pay Order or Call Deposit) is required as specified in the bidding documents.
