FMU (Government of Pakistan) e-Bids for IT Equipment & Services

Issuer: Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan. FMU invites electronic bids for procurement of IT equipment and related services through the e-procurement system.

Eligibility: Firms/service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), holding valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and having Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status, and registered on the e-PAF / ePADS acquisition & disposal platform.

Procurement procedure: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004. Bidding will be conducted electronically via the Government of Pakistan e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk).

Bid submission: Bids must be submitted online through ePADS/e-procurement. Original bid securities and any required hard-copy documents called for in the bidding documents must be delivered to the procuring agency’s office prior to bid opening, as specified in the bidding documents. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
