NUMS Tender: Installation and Solarization of Parking Sheds at NUMS, Rawalpindi

The Procurement Directorate, National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS or hard copy for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi. Firms must have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience, be registered with tax authorities and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bids are to be submitted as Technical and Financial Proposals under a Single Stage—Two Envelopes procedure; technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first. A bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order in favor of NUMS must be submitted physically (with a scanned copy uploaded on PPRA E-PADS). Tender documents are available from NUMS on payment of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable). The notice states bids must be submitted by Thursday, 23 July at 1000 hours; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi.
