Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities (Multan) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Company seeks a dynamic leader to provide strategic direction, implement business plans and manage commercial operations of AFP facilities in line with the Board/Articles and applicable law.

| Key responsibilities | Provide strategic vision and leadership; implement company mission and goals; develop short-, medium- and long-term operational policies and strategic plans; set goals, targets and measurable outcomes; assess and manage business risks; oversee finance, budgeting and cost controls with CFO; handle HR matters including hiring, payroll and benefits; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; represent the Company in public and industry forums; ensure corporate social responsibility; optimize utilization of installed capacity and food processing/grading machinery; develop procedures, policies and guidelines; day-to-day administration including financial management and regulatory compliance. |
| Eligibility / Qualifications | Master's degree in Food Sciences (e.g., Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering), Biochemistry, or an MBA (or closely related) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience, including at least 10 years of relevant senior-level experience with exposure to commercial activities in national or international organizations. |
