Key responsibilities include developing, implementing and reviewing the Bank’s digital fraud risk management policies and procedures; overseeing continuous monitoring of digital transactional activities and timely escalation; providing strategic oversight of fraud risk management systems/solutions; monitoring emerging fraud trends, threats and vulnerabilities and presenting periodic updates; leading digital fraud risk assessments for new and existing products and services; driving customer fraud awareness, education and digital security initiatives; and establishing/maintaining QA frameworks, scorecards and performance metrics.
