Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP), Lahore invites encrypted e-bids from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for the supply of stationery items on a Single Stage–One Envelope basis under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
