PITB Tender: Procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology & Operations (Estimated PKR 70,000,000)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology and Operations under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to obtain and submit documents: Tender documents are available for download free of cost from the PITB website (www.pitb.gov.pk) and the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement portal. All bids (technical and financial) must be prepared in accordance with the Tender Document and submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-portal) at https://e.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must follow the separate Technical and Financial (two-envelope) submission requirements specified in the Tender Document.

Procurement rules & procedure: Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding. All required certificates and documents as specified in the Tender Document (including Income/Sales tax registration certificates where applicable) must accompany the bids.
