Issuer: Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital, Diagnostic Centre Narowal (DCN). Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors having GST and their own offices with telephone numbers on F.O.R Narowal basis.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender document fee: PKR 1,000 (non-refundable). Documents available on written request to the Admin Officer DCN Narowal on payment of the fee.

- Earnest money: 2% of the quoted value payable by deposit at call / pay order / cheque in favor of Accounts Officer, DCN (P.O. Box No. 14, Narowal). Tenders without earnest money will be rejected. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders; awarded supplier’s earnest money will be retained until completion of satisfactory supply/guarantee period (if any).

- Validity of quoted rates: 90 days.

- Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly super-scribed with the Tender Notice No. The tender will be opened as per the stated schedule in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

- Suppliers are requested to bring ID when collecting tender documents.

- The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without being required to justify the grounds for rejection.
