Issuer: Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC). KW&SC invites experienced senior IT professionals for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to lead digital transformation, enterprise systems implementation and IT governance across the corporation.

Position Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
Purpose / Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, implementation and governance of enterprise solutions including ERP and HRMS.
  • Oversee GIS, SCADA, Asset Management and EDMS implementations.
  • Drive IT security and ISO 27001 compliance, cloud strategy, cyber security and risk management.
  • Implement IoT, predictive analytics, automation and RPA initiatives to support operations.
  • Develop IT policies, architecture, data governance and integration across business systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications (as stated)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related engineering/IT discipline (as indicated).
  • Proven senior IT leadership experience and strong background in implementing ERP/HRMS, GIS, SCADA, Asset Management and enterprise IT systems.
Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, and cloud certifications such as AWS (listed as desirable).
