Eligibility & submission method: Open to eligible service providers having established office(s) in Islamabad, duly registered with relevant tax authorities and meeting the eligibility/qualification requirements in the bidding document. Bidders must register and submit e-bids through the PPRA EPAD System (www.epads.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available free of cost from PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), NDRMF (www.ndrmf.pk) and EPAD (www.epads.gov.pk).

Bid security: A bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 162,850.00 in the form(s) specified in the bidding document in the name of 'National Disaster Risk Management Fund'. NDRMF NTN: 8949176. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope as instructed in the bidding document.

Notes: Bidders should ensure registration on the PPRA EPAD System to participate. If the Government declares a public/regulatory holiday on the scheduled date, e-bids already submitted will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
