Public Sector Auction: Scrap Materials (Sealed Bids) — Karachi

A Public Sector Organization is inviting sealed bids on an “AS AND WHERE BASIS” for disposal of scrap materials located at Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway, Karachi/Quetta Road.

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee (adjacent to Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway Karachi/Quetta Road) on 2026-07-20 at 1000 hrs.

Submission & Earnest Money: Sealed bids must be submitted along with a pay order/demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount. Submission deadline is 2026-07-22 before 1300 hrs at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee, Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway Karachi/Quetta Road.

Key Terms:

• Bids valid for 90 days from opening.
• Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after committee finalization.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount (plus applicable taxes) before removal of goods.
• Items must be lifted within 30 days of approval of the bid; failure to lift will result in forfeiture of 25% earnest money and possible cancellation.
• Only bids for the “Complete Lot” will be accepted; partial/individual quantity bids are not allowed and may be cancelled.
• All participants must present original CNIC with two photocopies at the time of participation.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
