Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Private Limited, represented by its sole director Nadeem Ahmed s/o Munir Ahmed (CNIC 35202-0922708-5), advises that 63 acres comprising Crown City Gwadar Phase-I at Mouza Chatti Shumali, Tehsil and District Gwadar (NOC No. 43/05/HS/GDA (B)) were recorded in its name by mutation No.15 dated 08.01.2019. The company is converting its legal status and proposes to transfer a 44.4% share in Al-Aziz Developers and the associated housing project to Khawaja Eraj Pervaiz s/o Khawaja Pervaiz Iftikhar (CNIC 35202-6550785-3).
Any person, allottee or claimant having objections or claims against Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Pvt. Ltd., Heart Developers, Marzia City/King City or Crown City Gwadar Phase-I must submit written objections with supporting documentary evidence to the undersigned via WhatsApp or registered courier post within 15 days from the date of publication. Objections or claims received after that period will not be considered.
