Tender: Outsourcing of Shoe, Tailor and Canteen/Fruit-Juice Shops — Cadet College Okara

Issuer: Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara. Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (Federal Board of Revenue), and having experience of completing at least two similar projects for outsourcing listed shops for a period of one year (extendable per PPRA rules).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Submit a separate bid for each item under the single-stage, one-envelope procedure (Rule 38(1), Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014). Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

- Tender documents must reach the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 2026-07-23 at 10:30 AM. The bidding process will commence the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

- Bid security of the amount shown against each item (Rs. 50,000/-) must be attached as CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Principal, Cadet College Okara. (Note in tender states this represents @5% of the estimated cost.)

- The successful bidder must deposit a 10% Performance Guarantee (equivalent to one month’s rent in advance) before commencement of work, in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order.

- The PPRA tender page will be the reference for response time: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
