How to Apply & Important Conditions
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal after publishing of NIT and from KPPRA website.
- Complete, signed bids must be uploaded to EPADS. Cutting/overwriting in bid documents is not acceptable.
- Contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C/S or above and hold relevant PEC codes.
- Bid security of 2% (Call Deposit Receipt) must be furnished in favor of Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Lower Mohmand; details of bid security must be entered in EPADS.
- Failure to furnish required securities or materially false information will be dealt with under KPPRA / PPRA rules; non-compliant bidders may be disqualified or blacklisted.
- In case rates quoted are more than 20% below the engineer estimate, a detailed rate analysis must be uploaded/submitted with valid supporting documents.
- Last date/time for submission: 2026-07-29 at 12:00 PM. Electronic opening: 2026-07-29 at 12:30 PM.
