RFQ — Procurement of Office Furniture by PCMU KP-RIISP, Peshawar

The Project Coordination & Management Unit (PCMU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP), Planning & Development Department invites sealed quotations (RFQ) from eligible suppliers for the procurement of office furniture for PCMU KP-RIISP.

Issuer: Project Director, PCMU KP-RIISP, Office of Chief RD, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Minimum five (05) years of experience in supply of similar nature.

- Valid NTN & STRN and active taxpayer status (ATL) of FBR required.

- Supplier must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization in Pakistan/World Bank.

- Quotation validity: 90 days from the last date of submission.

- Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

- Bid security: two percent (2%) of the quoted bid price in the form of Bank Guarantee/Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled/nationalized bank in Pakistan.

Submission & opening: Sealed quotations must be delivered to the Office of Chief RD/Project Director, PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. Bids will be received up to 2026-05-24 at 02:00 PM and will be opened the same date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
