Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors registered with PPRA on e-PADS and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and included in FBR's Active Taxpayer List, for deployment of a production monitoring/counting solution across the leather sector in Pakistan. Authorization lasts three years from award.
The solution must include, but is not limited to: barcode/QR/RFID-based counting; pieces/pairs/square-feet/weight measurement; industrial sensor-based monitoring; weighing or measuring machine integration; OCR/image-based recognition; camera and video analytics; or any alternative solution proposed by the vendor. Vendors must meet technical and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluation criteria including preferable accuracy of 99% with a minimum requirement of 95% and demonstrate cost-effectiveness.
