Tender: Supply & Installation of Electrical Work – Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre, Samli Murree (FY 2026–27)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) / Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre (NSCC), Samli Murree. Sealed bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for the fiscal year 2026–27. Bidders must be registered with relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan.

How to apply/bid:

- Bidding documents, terms and conditions and quantities are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites and the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bidders should download documents from the authorized portals (e.g., ep.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Bid security and submission requirements:

- A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bidders must submit a fresh Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) in the name of Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre, Samli Murree.

- The original bid security must be submitted to the address mentioned in the tender notice before the closing time and date. NSCC Samli Murree will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.

Other notes:

- If the date of opening is declared a public holiday or non-working day by the government, the next official working day shall be deemed the date of submission and opening of tenders; the time and venue will remain the same.
