Auction Notice — Scrap Materials (8 Lots) at Pir Mujahid Stop, Karachi — Submit by 2026-07-22

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization (Office of Convener Auction Committee). Location: Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway, Karachi/Quetta Road.

Purpose: Sealed bidding auction to dispose of scrap materials on an “AS AND WHERE BASIS”. Interested bidders/individuals may inspect items, submit sealed bids, and must comply with the terms below.

Key dates and actions:

• Inspection of scrap/stores: 1000 hrs on 2026-07-20 (Monday) at Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway Karachi/Quetta Road.
• Deposit (earnest money): 25% of bid amount must be submitted as pay order / demand draft by 1300 hrs on 2026-07-22 (Wednesday) at the Office of Convener Auction Committee (address above).
• Submission/closing deadline (last date): 2026-07-22.

Participation, payment and lifting conditions:

• Bidders/individuals allowed to participate subject to security clearance at site.
• Bids must be sealed and accompanied by the 25% earnest money; earnest money refundable to unsuccessful bidders after finalization of bids.
• Only "Complete Lot" bids will be accepted; partial bids for individual quantity/weight of any lot are not accepted and may lead to cancellation of bids.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the accepted bid amount (plus applicable taxes/charges) before lifting items.
• Successful bidders must lift scrap/items within 30 days of bid approval. Failure to lift will forfeit the deposit and result in cancellation.
• Bidders should bring original valid CNIC with two photocopies; without CNIC bidders will not be allowed.
• Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning a reason.
