| Minimum Qualification | Master's degree / Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Post-Qualification Experience | At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience including: managing teams and large-scale IT programs/projects of strategic significance; leading enterprise-wide IT automation and digital transformation initiatives; managing relationships with external technology partners, vendors and service providers; project and program management with timely delivery of complex IT initiatives. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age should not exceed 50 years on the closing date for submission of applications. |
| Contract & Regularization | Appointment on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance. Regularization may be considered after completion of three years subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria. |
