Tender: Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings in Chitral (CHT-EP/GR-26/05)

Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP), funded by the European Union, invites sealed bids for the "Energy Plus - Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals)" project in Chitral. Reputable contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (category C-5 or above) and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to apply.

Works cover four complete facilities in Upper Chitral (GHS Ujnu, Torkhow; GPS Zizdi, Mulkhow; GPS Drulasht, Terich; and BHU Terich). Bidders must apply for one complete facility or all four; partial bids will be rejected. Bids must reach the AKAHP Chitral Office by 2026-08-04 before 14:30 and will be opened the same day at 14:30.
