The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites bids from eligible, PPRA-registered vendors for the installation and maintenance of a production monitoring system for the leather sector (three-year authorization). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included in the Active Taxpayers List; proposals must include a technical proposal and a Proof of Concept (POC) meeting specified accuracy and evaluation criteria.
Bidding documents are available free on e-PADS and FBR/PPRA websites. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) until 11:00 AM on 2026-07-27. Original bids with two copies in sealed envelopes must also be delivered to FBR House, Constitution Avenue, G-5, Islamabad by the same deadline. A two-stage bidding procedure will be followed (Stage 1: technical proposals and POC; Stage 2: financial proposals and PoC test). A bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required.
