Auction of Scrap Materials (02/2026) — Pir Mujahid Stop, Main RCD Highway Karachi

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization / Office of the Convener Auction Committee.

Purpose: Sealed public auction of assorted scrap materials on an “AS AND WHERE BASIS” located at Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway (Karachi/Quetta Road).

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee adjacent to Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway / Quetta Road at 1000 hrs on 2026-07-20 (Monday).

Earnest Money / Bid Submission: Bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount and submit sealed bids before 1300 hrs on 2026-07-22 (Wednesday) at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee, Pir Mujahid Stop, Near Winder, Main RCD Highway, Karachi/Quetta Road. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Terms and Important Conditions:

• Only complete-lot bids will be accepted; partial bids for individual quantities/weights are not allowed and may be cancelled.
• Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after finalization of bids.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount along with applicable taxes/rules before removal; items to be lifted within 30 days of approval. Failure to lift will result in forfeiture of the 25% earnest money and cancellation of the bid.
• All participants must present original valid CNIC along with two photocopies; otherwise entry will not be allowed.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
