Tender: Supply & Installation of Furniture, IT Equipment and Air Conditioners — Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence (Lahore)

Issuer: Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE), Children Library Complex (CLC), Lahore. Procurement for supply and installation of furniture, IT equipment, air-conditioners and related general items for the Centre.

Procurement method: Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure (Rule 38(2)(a) PPRA-2014). Bids must be submitted in sealed, stamped, signed envelopes with separate Technical and Financial proposals. Bids will be evaluated on compliance with tender requirements. Bids must remain valid for 60 days.

Tender documents, bidding instructions and the Bid Submission/Opening schedule are available from the procuring office and may be downloaded from the Centre/PPRA websites as referenced in the tender document. Bid security in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft (and other acceptable instruments as specified) must accompany the Technical Bid. A photocopy of the bid security must also be attached with the Technical Bid; the original will be checked before opening of Financial Bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

Submission & Opening:

The completed bids must be submitted to the Admin & Accounts Officer, Children Library Complex, 4-Shahrah-e-Awan-e-Tijarat, Lahore. Deadline for submission: 2016-07-27 by 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).
