UHS Lahore Tender: Hiring of Transportation Services for MDCAT 2026

Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. UHS invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors or dealers registered for sales tax/income tax for hiring transportation services for MDCAT 2026.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage one-envelope bidding (technical and financial proposals to be contained separately) under PPRA Punjab rules. Bidding documents are available on the UHS website and the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADs/PEPs).

Eligibility & bid security: Participating firms/companies must be registered for sales/income tax. A 2% refundable bid security (as per PPRA Rule 27) of the estimated amount must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Cheque in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted via EPADs/PEPs (Punjab E-Procurement System) and will be accepted online until 03:00 PM on 2026-07-28. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM on 2026-07-28 by the Tender Committee in the presence of bidders' representatives.

Other conditions: The procuring agency may accept or reject bids and may disqualify any supplier/contractor if information provided is found false, incomplete or inaccurate, in accordance with PPRA Punjab rules.
