Re-Inviting Tenders — HEC Funded Project, University of Sindh, Jamshoro

Issuer: Office of the Incharge Project Director, HEC Funded Project, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan.

Purpose: Re-invitation of sealed tenders for multiple civil works under the HEC Funded Project at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

Eligibility & procurement method: Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, be active taxpayers (NTN), and be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Procurement will follow the Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure.

Tender documents & fee: Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Incharge Project Director on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.

Bid security: Tenders must be accompanied by earnest money in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Project Director, HEC Funded Project, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, as specified in the tender documents.

Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of the Project Director. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the dates and times stated in the tender documents.
