The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed and encrypted bids from eligible vendors registered with PPRA on e-PADS, with Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and included in the Active Taxpayers' List (ATL) for deployment of a production monitoring solution across the leather sector in Pakistan. Authorization is for three years.
The solution scope includes production monitoring/counting (barcode/QR/RFID-based counting), pieces/pairs/square feet/weight measurement, industrial sensor-based monitoring, weighing/measuring machine integration, OCR/image-based recognition, camera and video analytics, or alternative solutions meeting FBR technical and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluation criteria (including preferred accuracy of 99% with a minimum requirement of 95%).
