Sealed bids are invited for a one-year municipal cleaning / solid waste collection service contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contract period runs from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30. Tender submission deadline is 2026-07-14 (see below for time). Bidders must comply with applicable procurement rules and submit required registrations and bid security.

Mandatory requirements

Bidders must provide proof of NTN registration and up-to-date tax filing. Registration/clearance from relevant tax authorities (PRA/FBR) is required where applicable. Bidders must submit the required bid security (percentage shown below), and comply with sales tax and other statutory deductions. Last date and time for receipt of bids: 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day as per the published schedule. Tender documents are available before the closing date during office hours.
