Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids (single stage, one-envelope) on percentage rate basis under PPRA Rules-2004 (amended) for the works listed below. Bidding documents, terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid security, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). E-Bids must be submitted online via EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Islamabad, holding valid registration under the relevant category with code CE-10; must have active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and active Income Tax registration with FBR. Interested firms/contractors should register on EPADS and submit documents through EPADS.
Bid Security: Original Deposit-at-Call, Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO Multan must be submitted as required (refer bidding documents on EPADS). E-bids will be opened online after the bid submission time on the stated dates. Bids submitted late or by manual means will be rejected.
