Key submission & eligibility information:
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) payable at Accounts Branch, PIMS.
- Tender documents / Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) are available on the E-PADS (PPRA) website and PIMS website.
- Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Copies of FBR Income Tax & Sales Tax registrations and 100% Active Taxpayer List (ATL) certificate must be attached with the tender.
- Submission method: Vendors must upload bids through E-PADS (E-PADS PPRA Website Version 2.0) and submit original CDR and signed documents/undertakings in the tender box available at Purchase Department, PIMS, G-8/3 Islamabad.
- Original CDR and signed undertaking on judicial paper must be deposited in the Purchase Department tender box by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-23. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-23.
- Last date for issuance of tender schedule (non-transferable): 2026-07-22 at 01:00 PM.
- Note: Manual bids shall not be accepted. Details on bid security (CDR) amounts are specified in the tender schedule/SBDs.
