Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC)

Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA Rules 2014 for the following packages. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with the bidding terms and conditions.

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), RIC website (www.ric.gop.pk) and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA tender publication URL (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx) will be used to calculate response time from the date of advertisement publication.

Submission instructions: A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) per the published schedule. Bidders must submit a fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be delivered to the address given by RIC before the closing time and date of the tender.

Notes: RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the date of submission/opening with the same time and venue.
