Islamabad College for Boys Pre-Qualification Notice for Event Support & Rental Services FY 2026-27

Issuer: Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad College for Boys (G-6/3), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification applications through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for event support, equipment hiring and allied services required during Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).

Eligibility & requirements: Original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers and general order suppliers/firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments; must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR); must have established business offices/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Submission & opening schedule:

- Submit pre-qualification applications electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-07-20 up to 11:00 AM (PST).

- Applications will be opened on 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM (PST) in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad; applicants or authorized representatives may attend.

Additional notes: Detailed pre-qualification documents including eligibility, evaluation criteria, scope of services, terms & conditions are available on EPADS and may be obtained from the college office during office hours. Only firms on the ATL will be eligible to participate. Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage but may be required from pre-qualified firms at the time of inviting financial bids/tenders. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
