E-Bids Invitation: Framework Contract for Lab Kits & Reagents (Chemistry & Immunoassay) – CPEIC Multan

Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (CPEIC), Multan invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) for a 3-year framework contract (Reagents Rental basis) for lab kits and reagents for Fully Automated Chemistry Analyzer and Immunoassay Analyzer, effective from financial year 2026-27. Delivery to consignee (CPEIC Multan) on free delivery basis.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents, detailed specifications and online submission are available only on the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must download documents and submit e-bids on the portal by the stated deadline.

- Bidding will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

- Bid security: 2% of the quoted/estimated price(s) to be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS as prescribed.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening.

- Technical proposals will be opened on the stated opening date/time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
