Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites e-bids for bulk procurement of general items for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules.

Bid security, validity and tender conditions:

• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (to be submitted as required on Punjab e-PS or as instructed).
• Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening of bids.
• Financial proposals of bids found technically non-responsive will not be opened.
• All bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System. Uploaded bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
