Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms for provision of event support, equipment hiring and allied services during Financial Year 2026-27 under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

| Eligibility | Original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers and general order suppliers/firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments; appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR; and having established business offices/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. |
| Application Method | Submit pre-qualification applications electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Detailed pre-qualification documents, eligibility and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and may be obtained from the college office during office hours. |
