Manufacturers, authorized distributors or suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Register and submit bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1100 hours, 04th May, 2026 (Monday).

Notes
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 5.0 Million in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft, to be delivered to NDMA Headquarters before 1100 hours, 04th May, 2026. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 50,000 is required, payable via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Director (Procurement), NDMA. Samples of respective tents (Family, winterized & shelter) must be submitted along with the bid to Director (Procurement), NDMA Headquarters, Main Murree Road, Islamabad before closing of bids. Bids submitted without samples shall not be accepted.
