Eligibility
All contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in the relevant clause can participate in Open E-Tendering / EPAD System. Contractor/bidder must register firm on E-PADS website (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit requisite information. Eligible categories of contractors can participate in E-Procurements. All participating contractors must submit Original CDRs (earnest money) and Registered Power of Attorney with letterheads in the office of the undersigned. False information or fake CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order will lead to disqualification.

How to Apply
Contractors must register on the E-PADS website (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents will be available immediately after uploading this notice on the E-PADS PPRA website. Bidders must fill out the amount against each item and indicate the total bid amount, then upload it by 2026-05-06 at 11:00 A.M. Original CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order for 5% of the estimated price from any scheduled bank, in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No. 1 Faisalabad, must be submitted to the undersigned by 11:00 A.M on the closing date.

Notes
The firm/contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes. The lowest successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the bid amount as per PPRA Rules 56 within 15 days of the letter of issuance, otherwise the tender will be canceled and earnest money forfeited. PPRA Rules and their circulars/clarifications are strictly applicable. Only bids quoted on DNIT/BOQ downloaded directly from the PPRA/E-Pads Portal will be considered. If the tender receiving/opening day is a public holiday, it will be opened on the next working day. Each page of the bid must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder.
