Our client, a prestigious bank with a growing network, is hiring experienced senior banking professionals for Head Office, Muzaffarabad (AJK). Candidates must submit their CVs within 15 days of publication (see advertisement for application address).

Position	Key Qualifications & Experience	Core Responsibilities / Skills
Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) / Divisional Head, Audit & Inspection Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign). Professional certification preferred (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor / Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent). At least 15 years' professional experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years aggregate audit experience in banks/financial institutions.	Develop and implement Internal Audit framework, annual audit plans and risk-based audit programs. Coordinate audits, present audit reports to Audit Committee, and ensure follow-up on observations. Ensure independence of audit function, regulatory compliance and implementation of audit recommendations. Strong analytical, presentation, report-writing, stakeholder management and IT skills (MS Office).
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign). Relevant national/international IT certifications preferred. Significant managerial experience in IT (banking/DFI experience preferred).	Lead IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, applications and information security. Manage vendor relationships, ICT governance, core-banking systems, disaster recovery and IT compliance. Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Divisional Head, Islamic Banking Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign). Minimum 15 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Islamic banking or Islamic banking functions.	Develop and implement Islamic banking strategy, products and business plans. Ensure Shariah compliance across products and operations; liaise with Shariah Board/Advisors. Oversee product development, pricing, marketing support, risk management and regulatory compliance for Islamic banking. Experience with Islamic finance products, deposit & investment instruments, and Islamic financing structures.

Location: Head Office, Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).
