PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-Bids for provision of professional security services for various PIAHCL-owned properties across Pakistan. Bidding is through EPADS Version 2.0 in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with quality and cost-based selection (QCBS).
