Non-refundable tender fee Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited by Pay Order / CDR (mentioning contractor's name). Bid security to be provided in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning contractor's name) in favor of PIDCL. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system.
