Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for the position of HR Consultant (Individual) on a fixed-term contract basis to strengthen strategic human resource operations at the PMDC Head Office, Islamabad.

| Qualification | MBA or Master’s degree in a related field from an HEC-recognized or international institution |
| Experience | Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience in strategic HR operations; at least 5–8 years in a Functional Head / leadership role in public sector organizations/SOEs with substantial staff strength. Experience in dealing with CBA/labour unions, HR restructuring, talent management, compensation frameworks and HR governance is essential. Preference to candidates from Mining/Energy sector. Cross-functional experience in Administration, Supply Chain or Industrial Relations is desirable. |

Main duties / Terms of Reference (summary):
Key responsibilities include supporting development and execution of the company HR strategy aligned to corporate objectives; leading organizational restructuring, workforce optimisation and HR transformation; advising management on industrial relations and collective bargaining; designing compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition frameworks; supporting talent management, leadership development, succession planning and retention strategies; developing performance management and organisational development programs; preparing SOPs and trainings to ensure compliance with labour laws and public-sector HR practices; and acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on human capital, culture and change management.
